Voice AI agents

VoiceFlowVoice AI agents that answer, qualify, and book — over the phone, sounding human.

VoiceFlow is a voice AI agent that picks up your phone line, holds a real conversation, and finishes the job — qualifying the caller, answering their questions, and writing the booking straight into your calendar.

There's a working version of this you can try right now — Marina Bay Realty — Inbound

The problem

The calls you miss are the ones that cost the most

Nobody rings back. A caller who reaches voicemail at seven in the evening rings the next company on the list, and you never find out they existed. The calls that do get through land on someone who is already doing something else, so they get taken badly, written on a sticky note, and half of them never make it into the system at all.

It gets worse exactly when business is good. The busiest week of your year is the week your phone goes unanswered.

A conversation goes in.A calendar entry comes out.

What it does

What the voice AI agent does on a call

  • Answers on the first ring, at 3am

There is no queue and no voicemail. The agent picks up in under a second, whether that is one call or forty at the same time, and it is no worse at 6pm on a Friday than it is on Tuesday morning.

  • Asks the questions you would ask

It works through your qualifying questions in a natural order, follows up when an answer is vague, and knows which answers mean book this now and which mean pass this to a person.

  • Books into the calendar you already use

The agent reads real availability and writes a real appointment, not a request for one. The caller rings off knowing the date and time, and the confirmation arrives before they have put the phone down.

  • Rings people back, too

The same agent works outbound — chasing the form that was never returned, confirming tomorrow's appointments, following up an enquiry while it is still warm.

How it works

How a call is handled

  1. Point a number at it

Forward your existing line or take a new one. Nothing else about your phone setup changes, and you can start by sending it only the overflow — evenings, weekends, or whatever your team is not covering.

  2. Teach it your business

We write the agent's brief from your own material: what you sell, what you do not, your prices or the reason you will not quote one over the phone, and the twenty questions people actually ask. Then we listen to it get them wrong until it stops.

  3. Give it hands

An agent that can only talk is a politer voicemail. We connect it to the calendar, the CRM and whatever else it needs, so it can check a slot, take the details and write the record.

  4. Go live with an escape hatch

Every agent ships with rules for when to stop trying and put the caller through to a person, plus a recording and transcript of every call. You tighten the rules; it gets better.

Where it fits

Businesses whose phone is the front door

  • Estate and lettings agencies

Viewing requests arrive in the evening, from people who are enquiring with three other agents at the same time. The agent qualifies the buyer, checks whether they have a property to sell, and books the viewing before anyone else rings back.

  • Dental and medical practices

Reception is on the phone while a queue forms at the desk. The agent takes the routine calls — booking, rescheduling, opening hours, what to bring — and puts anything clinical through to a human.

  • Trades and home services

A boiler fails at 10pm. The agent takes the address and the fault, works out whether it is an emergency callout or a next-day slot, and puts it on the right engineer's schedule.

  • Logistics and dispatch

Drivers and customers ring about the same six things. The agent answers where-is-my-delivery from the tracking system and escalates only the exceptions.

What you get

A phone line that never goes unanswered

  • A working agent on a real number

Live on your line, handling the call types you agreed, with the fallback rules you set.

  • Connections into your tools

Calendar, CRM and anything else it needs to read or write. Where a system has no usable API, we agree the workaround before we start rather than after.

  • Every call recorded and written down

Recordings, transcripts and outcomes in one place, so you can hear what the agent said and see what it did.

  • Handover and a support window

A walkthrough for whoever owns the phone line, written documentation, and a period after launch where we tune it against real calls. The first fortnight of real callers always finds something.

Often built alongside

  • KnowledgeCoreEnterprise RAG

When the agent has to answer from a large body of documents — policies, a price book, product manuals — KnowledgeCore does the retrieval behind it.

  • ChatCoreConversational AI

The same conversation on your website instead of your phone line. Most businesses want both, working from one set of answers.
